He was born on October 3, 1965 to the late Pearl Charles “PC” and Joyce Edith (Fleenor) Handling.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.
Graveside service will be held at 10 am on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Shipman Cemetery.
