Marlenia "Mickie" Cunningham Obituary

Marlenia “Mickie” Rozelia (Lobemaster) Cunningham, 79, of Fidelity, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020, at Jerseyville Manor, in Jerseyville, Illinois.

She born November 16, 1940, in Alton, daughter of the late Louis and Bernice (Timpe) Lobemaster.

On September 15, 1959, she married Donald W. Cunningham, Sr. in Jersey County. He preceded her in death in 2012.

Mickie will be remembered for her love of Hallmark movies, reading, and feeding the kids around town.

She will be missed by three daughters, Pam Yost, Laurie (Elvin) Buchanan, Dawn (David) Rix; two sons, Donald Cunningham, Jr., Tracy (Diane) Cunningham; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two sisters in law, Carol Rees, Doris Jean Shaw.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son in law, Melvin Yost; granddaughter, Michelle; one brother; and two sisters.

Honoring Mickie’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.

Anderson Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.

Memorials may be made to Jerseyville Manor Activity Fund.
